How To Make Minnie Ears

Sap, Pink Birranova

A day without pretensions, a game of football and an evening with a little 'of involuntary autonomy. The

mood with which I am going to enjoy a pint of Sap , just out of the hands and the counter Birranova house, I prepare well to know this even better beer.

very frothy in the glass, a clear straw-colored blonde calls to be carefully sniff, and a fresh profuno of grass and hay cheers me.
One of hops that is used Donato Nelson New Zealand, and this and other floral notes, with slender, sharp, sure to fascinate the first impact.
The attack in the mouth like me, it's soft but crowned with discretion by a light carbonation that makes it lovable. The malt comes out
decided, along with feelings of fruits such as peach or apricot.

Although it became another way of departure seems to have been a Kölsch , beer that I found to be quite impossible to find in Italy, and imitators who I know are still far from the fresh product from the original short-lived, which is as low in the region of Cologne. There, at his place of birth and consumption does not seem to do not even have time to be exported because of its freshness that finds its optimum in a strong demand by the Germans themselves.

But to testify in the brewing scene, both now and in the Italian scene, the style definition is only relative, it is to reiterate the won 3rd place at the recent competition from the sap of the Year 2011 Unionbirrai Beer, which was presented nell'affollatissimo Dante's circle the category low-alcohol beer, inspired by the Anglo-Saxon (! ).

observation that alone is worth the entire description of its complexity, saving me and probably to some extent still do not know!

Does Ice Cream Help With Heartburn

The Hamantashen ... and the festival of Purim: fun and reflection

"Polvere sei e polvere tornerai, ma fra una polvere e l'altra, un buon bicchiere non fa mai male"
-Proverbio Yiddish-

E uno o piuttosto più bicchieri, diventano a Purim non solo un piacere, ma anche un comandamento.
Sì, immaginate una festa nella quale divertirsi, mangiare e bere alcolici sia una mitzvà , Ie, a law to be respected, a duty to perform.
Purim is a kind of Jewish carnival in which we form, we do plays and skits, and pranks shcerzi, eat and drink alcohol all celebrated the 14 the month of Adar, falling this year on March 20.
It is without doubt the most joyful feast of the Jewish calendar, as well as fun and involving especially since the children, a great sense of humor in the irony ... because what is being commemorated is the story of one of the plots more violence described in the book of Esther.
In short, it tells of Queen Esther's victory against the evil Amman, who had devised a plot to diapolico stermianre Jews.
Paradoxically, the party's most beloved Jewish children every year recalls the birth of an 'anti-Semitism that sadly accompanies the Jewish people throughout history. For many then, Purim has not only the meaning of festivity and fun but also the duty of remembrance of the numerous anti-Semitism and persecution from Amman to Torquemada to Eichmann and Hitler.

There are four mitzvot during the festival of Purim:
Synagogue in Reading the Book of Esther : every time you read the name of Amman, the public, often disguised and masked flapping your feet and make noise, as to erase the name or escape it forever.
Let the feast: Although the Talmud to inculcate Jewish sobriety and temperance, a Purim becomes the exception. The tradition and the commandment that fuole siu celebrate among family and friends and we get up from the table drunk enough not to know longer recognize the word "cursed" by the word "blessed."
Send gifts to friends gifts are ready to eat food, all cooked, usually sweets, candied or dried fruit and fine wines. Traditionally, gifts are never personal information and children are usually enthusiastic messengers. Men's gift to men and women to women.

A Lui, grazie.

In Ashkenazi tradition (the colony of Jews which developed in Eastern Europe) the culinary symbol of Purim are undoubtedly the hamantashen.
Their name probably derives from Yiddish or German tashn Taschen and villain by the name of Amman, known in Yiddish Hamman, literally meaning pockets Amman, depicting the pockets of the wicked shall be presumed that they were full of illicit money.
See how the Jewish spirit causes of their enemies to do cookies and their bitter PASSSO, if they celebrate the sweet side.

Makes about 3 dozen cookies

4 eggs 250 g sugar 125 ml
oil
the juice of a lemon
the grated rind of one lemon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
500 gr flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
300g cherry jam, strawberry and apricot

the pastry is made of these cookies will almost never with butter, but with the oil to eat at any time of day, even after a meal with meat dishes. Jewish law prohibits mixing dairy with meat in the same meal, or that the alimenti entrino in contatto tra loro.

Hag Purim Sameah !

Sables citrus to turn smiles ... Chicken Madras

And the children have much to learn, know how to smile in front of adversity, including a whim, and another, a smile is enough to turn them sometimes only one flower.

But for the children of Saint Lucia would be willing to bring down the moon, and please ask her to tell her stories, what he saw million years in space in huge, compelling stories, stories of love and calm ninne nanne interplanetarie per farli addormentare.

If only I could ... but I have nothing to give them that hope, a strong desire, a wish for life, my heart ...

... and the recipe for these cookies:

For about two dozen sablées (shortbread)
250 grams of flour 250 g butter

125 gr icing sugar
125 g cornflour (cornstarch)
peels a tangerine, orange and a lemon

Mix the butter with the sugar and the peels of citrus fruits grated. Add the remaining ingredients and work. At first the dough will seem sand, but do not worry, keep working all the ingredients to amalgamate and form a nice ball of dough. The dough is divided, it extends to the desired girth (I 1 / 2 cm) and cut as desired.
Bake in oven at 180 degrees until edges are golden.

And this is my recipe for the children of Saint Lucia , with hope and a prayer to the Almighty, who is a solution that will prevent the closure. For the smiles of children.

Bugatti Veyron Spare Parts Turbocharger

basmati rice ... and India by Dr. M.

was a very tall man, from the look calm, easy smile and eyes the color of the seas pristine Caribbean and the brightness of that mirror that is formed on the sand when the waves recede.
I could write pages and pages of its history, rich in details, colors and especially love for others, the story of a man of the match to India, alone and betrayed, with only one thought: to help.
Funded by a handful of British philanthropists like him, he managed to open a small clinic in the slums of Calcutta, to accommodate and treat those in need in exchange solamnente a smile.
lived a little, working all day, every day, never to accept payment.
I said he had learned to never give up when faced with death, because in India the end of life had a different meaning than here, no one was crying the dead and dying because it meant more to climb a step in the ladder of reincarnation and the hope for a better life after so much suffering.
has seen the most desperate cases, people leave with a smile, more and more, to heal and remain grateful for years. The children, a volat healed, came back often, smiling at life, hope and with gifts: a statuette of land, a little curry powder, a handful of rice, dahl, fragrant and hot, gifts from the great and deep meaning in that culture magical, colorful, Sgargi and suffering.
Jew by birth, but not too practitioner, was the most real example of that old proverb: "I am more holy hands that help, those who pray" for him there was no time in India, the clock did not exist, only the death race into account, to save, heal or sometimes, simply feed the needy.
-If you want a better world, start improving yourself, is the teaching perhaps the most valuable among the many I received from this person then disappeared from my life in a gust of wind.

Among the pearls of wisdom, of philosophy and Indian charity that does not ha volto, colore o religione, da lui ho ricevuto anche una finestra aperta a un mondo di sapori: il curry, che per me non era altro che una polvere gialla, si trasformò in pregiate varietà: Balti, Bombay, curry verde, curry rosso e il curry Madras, color oro scuro, forte e robusto, con dominante di cardamomo e coriandolo, che divenne il mio preferito.

Ingredienti per 4 persone
4 petti di pollo
1 cipolla
2 spicchi d'aglio
3 lime
4 rametti di menta
3 cardamom pods
1 long red chilli
natural yogurt 2
300 g basmati rice
1 tablespoon Madras Curry
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander grains

Cut chicken breasts into chunks and coarsely chop the onion. Break the cardamom pods and pick the seeds. Mix the spices, onion and chopped garlic with yogurt and salt lightly. In a bowl, put the pieces of chicken in yogurt sauce and let marinate in the refrigerator for a minimum of two hours. Preheat the oven to the grill position and put the chicken in a baking dish, add a little marinade on the bottom of the dish and the chicken. Bake for about 20 minutes, turning chicken pieces for even cooking regularly.
Separately, cook the rice in a pilaf and keep warm.
Serve the chicken on rice with mint, chili and lime pieces cut into quarters.
