Per dare la forma di triangolo, piegare due lati in modo da formare una punta e poi chiudere piegando il terzo lato. Sigillare con le mani i tre angoli.
Infornare a 180° durante 20 minuti.

Il mio Carnevale si chiama Festival di Purim, una festa dove è lecito e comandato il divertimento, ma anche la riflessione spirituale. Una festa in cui si mangia e si beve fino a più che la sazietà , quando il giorno prima si ha digiunato.
Una ricorrenza per riflettere sul passato, presente e futuro di popolo oppresso.
